Terms of Service

Images shown in the Client Gallery in private mode are proofs and not final images. No images are allowed to be downloaded or shared before final delivery and payment of service. The Client is to select favorite images for final retouching by tapping the heart icon. After a selection of Favorites, the Client should notify Dani Nomura. Retouched images plus the final package of all images will be uploaded to a public gallery for the Client to download, order prints from, and share with guests. Your Client gallery will be available for 1 year past the publish date and subject to revision or removal after 1 year. You will receive an email reminder a month in advance before any changes to your gallery are made.
